It also helps to stop your mirrors frosting up in the winter J Q: How do I fit it? A: Slide the Mirror Mate over the door mirror with the reflective silver stripes facing oncoming traffic. Slide the toggle up the drawstring to tighten the Mirror Mate over the 'neck' of the mirror. Now wind down the car window, pass the drawstring through, then wind the window back up on it to prevent theft. Q: What colours are they available in? A: High Visibility orange and yellow Q: How big is it - will it fit my mirror? A: The Mirror Mate measures 26cm in length by 20cm wide when laid flat and fits the majority of standard car mirrors Q: How many do I need? A: Mirror Mate's are supplied in pairs - you can put one on each mirror, use the second one for another car, or keep it in your glove box as a spare. Please note: one of the features of Mirror Mate is that it incorporates a drawstring to secure it around the 'neck' of the door mirror. You can, if you choose, wind your car window up on this drawstring to deter thieves from taking your Mirror Mate. However some vehicles with more sophisticated electric windows will not allow the window to close if they sense an obstruction. |
